The world is usually classed into two categories - ‘developed’ and ‘developing’. Developed countries are those with a strong social infastructure, high incomes, high standards of living, low poverty, etc. Most developed countries are pretty much the same.
Developing countries, on the other hand, are very different from each other. some, like China and Brazil, have large middle classes and a strong economy, but a large gap between the rich and poor. Others, like Niger or Cambodia, are mostly made up of rural poor, and have very small middle classes. In these countries many people live as they have done for centuries - in poverty.
These countries do need our help because they cannot maintain themselves. Some of these countries have plenty of fertile land, but are forced to export crops to stop the state collapsing. This results in famine. They alsao have extremely large debts to the World Bank and Western countries - in other words, they have a negative amount of money. In these countries the people are often in abject poverty, which is why there are so many diseases and so much hunger. The state would help, but all the money it gets must be paid to its creditors, so it can’t. Therefore, NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations) need money to help fight poverty.
The treasury empty so not the violence and corrupt and disease you might say hey we have those problems but it or to stop it or to do anything else at that matter.
