Deliveries and installations of technologies were carried out as part of the project implementation in order to make water heating more effective in Dr.Safet Mujić cantonal hospital in the city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the past, the hospital´s heating system worked on gas and fuel oil basis. This was financially undesirable and did not utilize the potential of renewable energy sources. The aim of the project is to decrease the usage of non-renewable fuel in the aforementioned hospital. The whole system was linked to the current hot water network for both the new and the old hospital buildings, an operating code was drawn up, maintenance service was trained and respective functional tests were carried out. In 2019, a damage remediation was carried out after a severe whirlwind that damaged the project outputs.
