i traveled to south america and ingested a dmt based beverage a few years ago … somehow i was transported to a different vibrational plane that seems to overlap ours (this western one)

many will say it was just a hallucination but i had shared experiences with others who recall many of the same things i did, such as seeing a strange energy being in the forest, and many mythical, creatures and animals

i’m wondering if there is any way to return to that realm from america, without having tp physically fly back south, and live amongst those people, taking the drink and living in the woods forever?

like perhaps through meditation, drum circle type or aided by stones which vibrate at the right frequences etc, or other methods?

via EEG tests i’ve heard many of the southern villagers brains oscillate near 40hz … while western meditators near about 7.83

i had an EEG done recently and was told that the firing in my temporal area was slower than most people, but couldn’t get more nfo
