The Czech Development Agency (CzDA) announces a Call for Participation in a Preliminary Market Consultation related to the planned public contract entitled „Optimization of the data environment in Zambia in the context of the SLIM project“.
This planned public contract will include the supply of hardware (specifically servers, disk arrays, firewall, UPS, laptops, personal computers, drones, plotter, scanners and GNSS / GPS devices) to selected public institutions in Zambia to allow for comprehensive geospatial data utilization.
The estimated value of this public contract, with an expected implementation period of 1 year including the delivery and subsequent trainings on maintenance, is approx. 450.000 USD, and the expected start date of the tender procedure is in January 2026, or potentially sooner.
The market consultation will focus in particular on increasing the contracting authority's awareness for the purposes of defining a more detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract, determining the estimated value of the public contract, and ascertaining the ability of potential suppliers to deliver the subject matter of the public contract.
The preliminary market consultation will take place in written form.
Requests to participate in the preliminary market consultation, along with responses to the consultation questions (attached to the call), may be submitted electronically only, either via the Contracting Authority’s profile within the National Electronic Tool (NEN) portal or by email to tender@czechaid.cz, no later than 10 November 2025, close of business (5 p.m. local time).
