The project aims to strengthen cooperation between the components of the Integrated Rescue System, specifically the Fire Rescue Service. It focuses on enhancing capacities and expertise in flood protection. As part of the project, basic equipment will be purchased, and 41 Moldovan firefighters will be trained in its use. The project builds on a long-standing successful partnership between the two organizations. Its implementation had been postponed in recent years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the domestic workload of Czech firefighters, and the humanitarian crisis related to the war in Ukraine.
