Three million euros have been earmarked by the European Commission for Support to local initiatives and rural development in Azerbaijan, with a call for proposals issued jointly under the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument’s (ENPI) Neighbourhood Civil Society Facility, and the thematic programme Non-State Actors and Local Authorities (Reference:EuropeAid/134048/L/ACT/AZ).
