The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces tender procedure for a Small-Scale Public Contract for services entitled “Ensuring Comprehensive photo-video coverage and Media placement“.
The subject of the tender procedure is the assignment "Ensuring Comprehensive Photo-Video Coverage and Media Placement" a part of the EU-funded projects "Support to the Food Safety and SPS Sector in Georgia under ENPARD IV" and “QUIS – Better Goods and Services”. Both projects’ communication strategies envisage covering all the essential activities with various media products, including photo and video stories, dissemination of articles through various digital and printed channels, and radio placements when needed. The targets of this assignment are various stakeholders, including the donor community and diplomatic corps., local and international partners, beneficiaries of the projects, and the general public in Georgia.
The expected value of the public contract is EUR 37.800 / CZK 942.921 excluding VAT.
The expected value for the sum of individual services is EUR 2.700.
Tenders shall be submitted in writing within the deadline for submission of tenders in electronic form at the e-mail address of the CzechAid: tender@czechaid.cz. The time deadline is set to 4th June, 2025, until 10 am of CET (Central European Time – UTC+1).
